GINA COLENE Gina presides over all recruiting activities and comes to Recruiting Connection, Inc. with more than 10 years of recruiting, sales, & management experience in the staffing industry. Gina has worked with large international search firms and smaller executive search firms with successful placements in Accounting and Finance, and more recently, with senior level and field positions in the Construction industry.

ROBIN CARR Robin excels at developing relationships, providing outstanding customer service, and consulting clients on their staffing needs. She is actively involved in developing, marketing, and networking relationships through her involvement as a Board member of ECA, Engineering Contracting Association, Vice President of NAWIC Region #91 - National Women in Construction, and Committee member in AGC - Association of General Contractors, CFMA - Construction Financial Management Association, and ASA - Association of Subcontractors Association. Robin has her Doctorate in Psychology and understands what motivates and drives clients and candidates alike to excel in their field.
